How yoga helps children reach their full potential and fly free.

Does your child experience...

  • Lack of confidence or self worth?

  • Frustrated or annoyed?

  • A need to feel physically free?

  • Comparing themselves to others?

  • Stress and anxiety?

  • ADD/ADHD tendencies?

  • A desire to express themselves creatively?

  • Depression or a lack of joy?

Want to empower your child to:

Find calmness and peace within

Be free to be themselves

Experience balance in body and mind

Ignite self worth and confidence

Enhance focus and courage

Explore their creativity AND....

Have tonnes of fun?

School holidays are an amazing opportunity for children to enjoy the freedom that feeling calm, confident and connected ignites.

Ignite Yoga offers OM-mazing yoga & art workshops.

Our next school holiday theme is:

Be as BRAVE and as FREE as birds.

Birds are some of the most majestic, beautiful and inspiring animals on our planet. They are brave enough to spread their wings and soar high, glide through the sky and see all that is available.

How wonderful it must be to fly free like a bird. Birds can help teach us that we too can reach our full potential when we focus on our talents and fly free without having limiting thoughts and feelings.

Above all, a bird sitting on a tree is never afraid of the branch breaking, because its trust is not on the branch but on its own wings.

With scientifically proven yoga therapy poses and mindfulness techniques, our popular yoga and art workshops are dynamic, engaging, educational and FUN.

Plus, the second half of the workshop involves art creation time.  Yay!

Children can unlock their creative spirit and create their very own mixed media bird artwork that will help them connect to and embody their own sense of freedom and bravery.

Our school holiday workshops run 4 times a year. Join us for one of our incredible school holiday yoga and art workshops.  Bookings via our website.
