When I started yoga, I did one class a week on a Friday night.

Back then, I thought…

  • I didn’t have time.

  • I was too busy.

  • I couldn’t afford it.

  • I couldn’t be still.

  • I wasn’t good.

I was also very stressed..

And not very happy

Yoga helped me flow into the weekend feeling fresh, fabulous and free

Free from the week’s tension …

Fabulously calm, and

Fresh in energy
Easily, it was the highlight of my week!

When I ask children at the start of class, “Who was looking forward to yoga today?”


100% put their hands up with a big YES.

I know how they feel.
